The following pictures show several views from the tower crane, moving
from west to east. Within a section, views proceed south to north.
Western and Central Sections
|
Western and central sections looking west: The decking on the west (top of
picture) has rebar for beams and rebar mats for the base of the floors.
The shoring in the central section (to the right of the open courtyard) has
decking with some rebar in a few beam areas

Western section: Another view of the western and central sections, looking
slightly further to the north
|
Eastern Section
|
South Eastern Section: Looking toward the south east. Decking is being put in
place in the central area, while the southeastern area largely serves as
storage -- particularly along the existing Science building on the upper
right. Gravel has been added along much of the Chiller Plant, although
some additional gravel will be added shortly near Science.

South Eastern Section: A closer view near the Math/CS/Psych wing
of the existing Science building
|
North Eastern Section: Gravel extends from the Chiller Plant to the
foundation areas of the new construction
|
|
North Eastern Section: A closer view of the gravel area that will serve as
the base for the first floor in the northeastern corner of the new building.
|
Eastern section: Looking downward from the crane at the gravel next to the
Chiller Plant. The top of the Chicer Plant's air conditioning compressors
is visible at the top of this picture.
