Extensive review of rules
   Checked details with old LISP-based rules
   Checked details for typos, internal logic
   Consolidated some rules for clarify, conciseness
   Added "Add" rule to grammar
   Changed SAT/SAT cutoff from 28/640 to 29/660 for "high" category
      fit better with stat
      seemed to work better for some math placements (e.g., placement in 133)
   Brainstormed rules for new 130 and 132 categories
   
Programming
   Examined inference results, focusing on number of times rules
      run, passed, failed
   Examined tables of placements and targets to identify peculiarities
   Caught variety of pesky errors in inference engine
   Changed how updates done 
       from individual SQL to batch
       run time cut in half

Meeting with Stat Faculty
   Review of rules
      Questions developed to help clarify stat cases
         Got clarifications from Stat faculty
      Clarified AP Stat 1 or 2 (considered same as 1-year in HS)
   Looked at letters, got comments on specific text for each placement

Meeting with Math Faculty
   Ran inference engine to show table
       recommended placements versus what taken and course grades
   Review of rules
       Changed some boundaries (e.g., "B-" threshhold moved to "B+")
   Looked at letters, got comments on specific text for each placement
   Ran inference engine to revised table
   Looked at specific students for each area of revised table

   Simple Web form and processing script
   Script to refine process of moving data 
      from Registrar's records to database
