Through the academic year 1999-2000, SIGCSE 2000 Program Chair Henry Walker worked with students Weichao Ma and Dorene Mboya to automate the paper-submission and reviewing process. Part of that work included the design and completion of a statistical study of the ratings of papers by different referees. Results of that study were collected in paper.
