Considerations of the distributed binary code for eSpeak program

Change of voice sound (e.g., changing gender) requires killing old eSpeak program and starting a new one
For initialization or change of gender, work with eSpeak program can be streamlined
- set up of pipe for communication and fork of a new process can be done in just one line (popen
- Starting of program includes both program name and voice parameters
- eSpeakTalk involves passing text through pipe
- eSpeakDisconnect or change of gender requires killing old eSpeak process.

Considerations of the distributed binary code for eSpeak program

Must install PortAudio as another step during eSpeakPackage installation
Must work with eSpeak source code for Linux (as the only source code available).
- Past versions of eSpeak used function Pa_StreamActive
  Version 19 changed name to Pa_IsStreamActive
  Thus, all references in the eSpeaksource code ust be updated.
- The Linux semaphore library (for process coordination<) contains a function sem_timedwait, but this function is not included in the Mac OS X semaphore library. Thus, a new function sem_timedwait must be written for Mac and included appropriately in an expanded library.
With eSpeak compiled for 64-bit architecture, can follow approach for Mac OS X El Capitan
